Overview

We produced an acoustic performance for upcoming r&b artist, Malcolm, in partnership with Dope Overdoz, a content, and branding agency in Atlanta.

Strategy

In preparation for his upcoming release, Malcolm wanted more social media content to start the rollout.

We noticed his top-performing Instagram posts were often him singing acoustic covers to popular songs. However, we wanted to drive traffic to his streaming profiles. Thus, we decided to have him cover his own song, in a location that fit his aesthetic.

Impact

Malcolm 4x his Spotify monthly listeners and received a total of 100,000 views on his Instagram
